General terms of service of FlexNet Hosting Services.

✭ FlexNet holds the right to to refuse any purchase order for any reason. |

✭ FlexNet holds the right to terminate an account for any reason. (With refund of current month) |

✭ We do not allow the installation of an IRC bouncer. (FlexNet has one which you can use for free as FlexNet customer) |

✭ We deny the hosting of illegal content such as of sexual nature, software and games. |

✭ We allow the installation of an IRC bot, but no botnets. |

✭ Please do not share your password! FlexNet is there to ensure security for it's users and their data and assumes that every account is used by only 1 induvidual. |
| ✰ Abuse of the system in any form of local hacking attempts, hosting illegal content, traffic sniffing, remote hacking of systems, distributing spam, virusses or trojans, IRC abuse or being responsible for a DDoS from or directed against FlexNet will result in immediate account termination. |
